• Please double-check your shipping address, baby’s size, and customization choices before placing your order.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.

• Customized or personalized items cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.

• Baby items that have been opened, used, or washed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Customers must report damaged, incorrect, or missing items within 7 days of delivery.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

• Bundle contents may occasionally be substituted with an item of equal or greater value if a specific product becomes unavailable.
